王高学

1、基本信息

王高学,男,汉族,1965年9月生,陕西省富平人,西北农林科技大学水产科学系教授,博士,博士生导师。主要兼职:教育部水产类专业教学指导委员会委员;中国水产学会鱼病专业委员会委员;中国水产学会渔药专业委员会委员。

2. 研究方向

主要从事水产动物病害防治、基因工程疫苗和渔药创制领域的研究,具体为:

(1)天然产物与生物源渔药创制

以天然植物、微生物为研究对象,筛选、分离获得杀灭病原菌、蓝藻、鱼类寄生虫、增强动物免疫及抗病力的天然产物,进一步创制无公害生物源渔药;结合发酵工程、化工合成,研究高活性分子构效关系,合成创制水产专用原料药。

(2)纳米载药研究与应用

应用无机或有机纳米材料作为药物载体,并结合化学修饰,研究纳米材料跨膜、靶向作用、缓释、透表皮黏膜作用、基因转染等机制,揭示纳米粒子的粒径、电荷、亲水亲脂性及靶向因子对纳米药物的吸收、分布、代谢、消除和毒性的影响规律。进行的纳米载药研究,突破了渔用疫苗大规模非注射免疫技术和水产无特定病原携带种苗(SPF)技术的瓶颈,极大推进渔用疫苗大规模商业化应用的进程。

(3)水生动物肠道有益微生物及EM研究

重点研究主要养殖水产动物肠道有益微生物菌群;研究有益菌株与病原菌之间的拮抗关系;筛选抗病、促生长的有益微生物,开发水产动物专用微生物制剂、发酵饲料菌种和水环境改良剂。

3. 承担课程

承担本科生《水产动物病害学》,研究生《高级水生生物学及实验技术》等课程的教学任务。

4. 学术成果

近年来,主持国家自然科学基金5项,其中联合基金重点支持项目1项;主持陕西省科技攻关、陕西省科技统筹创新工程计划项目及横向课题等10余项;参加十二五国家“863”项目2项、国家科技支撑计划项目2项、星火计划1项。共发表研究论文170余篇,第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI论文130多篇;出版专著4本;申请国家发明专利24项。近3年的主要代表作为:
