1. 基本信息

雷新建，男，1988年5月生，陕西渭南人，博士，讲师。2011年6月毕业于长江大学动物科学学院动物科学专业，获农学学士学位；2014年6月毕业于甘肃农业大学动物科学技术学院动物营养与饲料科学专业，获农学硕士学位；2012年7月至2014年4月于中国农业大学动物营养与饲料科学专业联合培养学习；2018年8月毕业于韩国檀国大学生命资源科学学院动物资源专业，获农学博士学位。2018年8月起于西北农林科技大学动物科技学院从事教学科研工作。担任Animals杂志 Guest-editor，Journal of Functional Foods、Animal Feed Science and Technology、Journal of Animal Physiology and Animal Nutrition等杂志审稿人。

2. 研究方向

反刍动物营养原理与调控、饲料资源开发与利用。

3. 承担课程

承担本科生《动物营养与饲料学》、《饲料分析综合实验》、《配合饲料及加工工艺实习》等课程教学任务。参与研究生《高级动物营养学》、《动物营养生理学》、《动物营养学研究进展》等课程教学任务。
