　　Role Description

　　The trainees have the opportunities to rotate in different functions – Sales, Technical Service, Marketing, Operations in the two-year Trainee Program

　　Will be fixed in a position that satisfy both company needs and personal interest after the program complete

　　REQUIREMENTS

　　Master or PHD majored in animal nutrition / animal science/ veterinary

　　Excellent in academic study

　　Strong communication and influential skills

　　Self starter, open minded, result oriented, eager to learn and apply new knowledge and competencies

　　Good team player

　　Proficient in English
